Thanks for your feedback. This thread is locked. In fact, one of them CCleaner locked my desktop up making it unusable. That's when I took it to my brother an IT specialist and had him wave his magic wand over it!! It's so much faster now!! I also do a few things differently now, one being I use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.
