Vegas problem with vista

So I had Vegas installed a while back, but I reinstalled it lately, but now I cant launch it. I got a new video card GT but i dont think thats the problem Im running Vista Premium, ive tried the compatibility crap, and running as admin Welis 13 years ago 2. Have you updated your graphic card?
